Luxinox expands its fleet with the acquisition of a IFP KP 100 BASIC washing plant

Luxinox, a company specialized in precision mechanical machining, continues to uphold its commitment to innovation and quality, thanks in part to the integration of the IFP KP 100 BASIC cleaning system.
This system fits seamlessly into our production process and represents an advanced solution for cleaning metal components. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, it offers fully vacuum-operated washing, drying, deodorization, and distillation cycles, ensuring excellent and consistent results.
The vacuum treatment ensures maximum efficiency, removing impurities from metal parts without compromising their quality or dimensional precision. This system is ideal for companies that require high-tech cleaning processes capable of meeting demanding production standards.
Additionally, the IFP KP 100 BASIC offers pre-storage oiling treatment: a protective film is applied to steel components to prevent oxidation during extended storage periods.
This feature provides a significant advantage, especially for companies looking to maintain their products in optimal condition throughout storage.
The investment was supported by a €61,020.00 contribution through the Call for Grants for Manufacturing and Service Craft Enterprises by the Veneto Region, under POR FESR 2014–2020 – Axis 3, Action 3.1.1.
