Whistleblowing

LUXINOX promotes an ethical and transparent work environment, in line with its core values.

To this end, the company has adopted specific guidelines and control tools, including: the Code of Ethics, the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Anti-Corruption Policy, as well as additional internal policies and procedures, to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Transparency is essential: we encourage employees, collaborators, and all individuals involved in our network to report in good faith any suspected misconduct.
Our Whistleblowing Procedure provides a secure and confidential channel for submitting reports of potential irregularities.

What to report

You may report behaviours or situations that are potentially unlawful, improper, non-compliant, or that may cause damage (including reputational) to LUXINOX.

In particular, you may report violations or conduct in breach of:
· Code of Ethics
· Organisation, Management and Control Model (Legislative Decree 231/2001)
· Anti-Corruption Policy
· Internal policies and procedures

Reports that fall outside the scope defined by applicable regulations or by the above-mentioned documents will not be taken into consideration.

No negative consequences shall result from reports made in good faith.
Conversely, reports submitted with malicious intent or defamatory purposes are subject to disciplinary measures.

How to report

Reports can be submitted via a dedicated web platform managed by a specialised third party, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and full compliance with applicable regulations.
The platform protects the confidentiality of the identity of the Whistleblower, the individuals involved, any third parties or witnesses, as well as the contents of the report itself.

Anonymous reporting

We understand that in some cases the Whistleblower may prefer to remain anonymous.
LUXINOX also takes anonymous reports into consideration, assessing their seriousness, credibility, and verifiability based on reliable evidence and sources.
