Coordinate measuring machine DEA GLOBAL S BLUE

The Quality Department at Luxinox is now equipped with a new-generation coordinate measuring machine (CMM): the DEA GLOBAL S BLUE, model 071005, a high-precision instrument for advanced dimensional inspection.

The machine offers measuring strokes of X = 700 mm, Y = 1000 mm, and Z = 500 mm.
It is also equipped with an index head, a continuous scanning probe, and a 6-position probe rack, ensuring maximum flexibility and speed during inspection routines.

Integrated directly into the production process, the DEA GLOBAL S BLUE CMM allows for real-time metrological checks, guaranteeing precision, reliability, and full compliance with customer tolerance specifications.

This integration helps optimize inspection times, reduce the margin of error, and contributes directly to achieving Luxinox’s quality and lean manufacturing goals.

The new CMM represents a significant enhancement to our internal metrology room, and supports the company’s UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, through which Luxinox continuously monitors every stage of the production process.
