MAZAK HCN-5000 machining center
We are pleased to announce that Luxinox is now operating with a Mazak Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS), designed to optimize productivity in high-precision machining processes. The system integrates the Mazak HCN-5000 horizontal machining center, a model known for its high performance. It also includes the Palletech High Rise System 500N, Mazak’s latest automation solution for flexible, unattended production.
At the heart of the system is a 4-axis continuous machining center with a 160-tool magazine, capable of handling a wide range of complex operations with speed and autonomy. The two-level Palletech configuration enables the simultaneous management of multiple pallets, ensuring uninterrupted operation even without operator presence.
